Course Goal

The general aim of the course is to gain a general understanding of the functioning and function of human resources management in tourism enterprises.

Human resources management and environment, job analysis and job design, human resources planning, employee selection, training and development, career development, job evaluation and wage management, performance evaluation, industrial relations, occupational health and safety, human resources management and law, international human resources management, human resources information systems
