Course Goal

The objectives of the course are to introduce artificial habitat types and technologies, to explain the applications in the world and in Turkey, to explain the planning processes, construction and design criteria in artificial reef studies and how artificial reefs can be used in fisheries management by giving examples. It is aimed to introduce the research methods used in artificial reef research and to have them applied in the field within the scope of the course.
