Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to provide students with basic knowledge and skills in nutrition education.

Course Content

Definition and principles of education, educational methods and tools, communication techniques during education, basic characteristics of adult and child education, basic principles and applications of behavior modification therapy, preparation of educational materials, narration, demonstration of educational model examples, preparation and presentation of educational tools and modules by students, reading of a recommended book and discussion in class.
