Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach how different projects are created, the phases of a large project, the definition of KOSGEB and entrepreneurship, and the hardware and software phases of computer projects.
Course Content
Project management principles, techniques used in project management, project selection techniques, project organization, project triangle, project planning, scheduling, and management.
