Course Goal / Objective

The main purpose of this course is to raise awareness in the digital world and to provide the ability to understand the relationship between digital tools and financial issues.

Course Content

While digital literacy includes information literacy, online information searching, digital rights and responsibilities, protection of privacy and consumer rights in the digital world, and the effects of digital technology use on the economy, financial literacy covers the basic concepts of finance and economy, financial instruments, the functioning of money and capital markets, financial planning, financing techniques, and investment decisions.
