Course Goal

The identification and implementation of the basic principles of Fluid Mechanics engineering problems.

Course Content

Proporties of fluids, pressure and fluid statics, fluid kinematics, Bernoilli and energy equations, momentum analysis and flow systems.

LO06 Explains the role of the transformation between the material derivative Langrange and Euler descriptions.
LO07 To understand the use and limitations of Bernoulli s equation and the equation that solves the problems of the different flow.
LO08 Detects various forces and moments acting on the volume control.
LO09 Uses to determine the forces on the control volume flow analysis.
