Course Goal / Objective
To introduce students to concepts related to international business and discuss various aspects related to the management of multinational enterprises to gain a global perspective.
Course Content
International management, the basic concepts and definitions, internationalization process, international market entry methods, multinational companies management, international planning, international organizations, international business decision-making and control, international business political risk and negotiations, human resources, international management of cultural approaches, motivation and leadership in international management.
