Course Goal / Objective
It is to examine the thoughts of Muslims on economic activities from the early period to the present day. The intellectual legacy of Muslims regarding economic activities and economic problems will be reviewed. By making comparisons with the economic thoughts of the West and other societies, it will be tried to reveal the similarities and differences between the ideas of Muslims and other societies on economic problems.
Course Content
In this course, an in-depth analysis will be made on the relationship between Islamic thought and economics, the effects of Islamic belief on economic units, and the relations of Islamic economics with mainstream economic thought.
