Course Goal
According to the Islamic belief, to reveal that the essence and purpose are as important as the form in the contracts, to declare the issues that make a contract invalid or invalid, and to make the characteristic structure that distinguishes Islamic law from other legal systems clear.
Course Content
According to Islamic law, it talks about the nature of the contract, its elements, conditions and also various types of contracts.
