Course Goal

The aim of this course is to introduce the positive psychology theories that examine the roles of the individual's strengths and positive social systems in contributing to optimal well-being by increasing happiness and well-being.

In this course, It will be examined studies on well-being and happiness by using positive psychological theories and research
