Course Goal
studies about conceptual , theorical and practical knowledge to develop programs and physical plan contributing appropriate and long-term balance between recreation resources and recreational needs of individuals and the community and tries to get skills.
Course Content
contains fundamental notions of recreation planning and design, recreation planning and design resources (supply), recreational demand, recreational requirements, measure and criteria of national and international recreation , the aim ,objectives and policies at recreation planning and design , descriptive purpose systems, the public service orientation, the orientation of environmental restoration, the orientation of open space preservation, strategies and methods at the selection of alternatives in recreation planning and the design , the techniques used to identify alternatives; weighted criteria methods , railway classification methods ,point value method, working guide book method, plan applications; the senarios on urban changes and the future of cities, new dimensions of recreation.
