Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with the necessary technical knowledge about the management of apartments, sites, workplaces and shopping malls, and to provide them with the competence to solve operational and legal problems encountered in the management of such properties. It is aimed that students will be able to analyze the situations in which they will be involved in building and site management, apply management processes effectively and develop a professional approach in management activities.
