Course Goal / Objective

In this lesson applied in the tourism sector legislation, national and international tourism organizations, document retrieval according to the type of tourism, agent-hotel-case studies in customer relations explained, is intended to obtain information about the legal regulations of students tourism.

Course Content

The legislation applied in the tourism sector consists of document purchases according to tourism types, case studies in agency-hotel-customer relations, national and international tourism organizations, national and international consumer rights, and incentive practices in tourism.
