Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to examine the legal regulations and practices related to checks in detail. In particular, the legal nature of checks, the rights and obligations of the parties, the check preparation and collection processes, legal disputes related to checks and related court decisions will be discussed within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), the Check Law and related legislation. The course aims to enable students to acquire theoretical knowledge about check law, analyze problems in practice and develop practical solutions through concrete cases.
