Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to understand the formation and change of arts created in Prehistoric Ages and Ancient Civilizations in social, intellectual, political, economic and geographical dimensions.
Course Content
Prehistoric Arts; Paleolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic Arts, Ancient Arts; Mesopotamian (Sumerian, Akkadian, Babylonian, Assyrian), Egyptian, Aegean (Crete, Mycenaean), Anatolian (Hittite, Phrygians, Urartians), Greek, Etruscan and Roman Arts are explained.
