Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide knowledge on creating model organisms using biotechnological techniques, experimental design, the physiological characteristics of animal species used in research, ethical principles, the 3R principle, and animal welfare, and to demonstrate their application in scientific research.

Course Content

This course covers the creation of animal models using biotechnological techniques, experimental design strategies, the physiology of model organisms, measurement and evaluation of physiological parameters, animal behavior and welfare, the 3R principle, and ethical regulations.
