Course Goal
Providing managers with a strategic view of technology management and achieving technology management skills through a methodological approach
Course Content
planning of technological changes in firms; analysis of new technologies and integration with company strategy; application of new technologies in the production of new products and services; forecasting the economic effects of technological changes;
