Course Goal / Objective

To ensure the development of appropriate behavior by recognizing the organizational culture and organizational climate.

Course Content

This course includes the history of organization development, the definition of organization development, the characteristics and foundations of organization development, nursing organizations and organizational behavior in nursing.
