Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course to be successful in business and society and to develop good relations and protocol information needed to provide students with the rules of social behavior.

Course Content

The content of this course includes the concept of protocol, etiquette and elegance rules, protocol lists, rules governing social life, rules governing business life, protocol in institutions and organizations, protocol in written and oral communication, protocol rules in opening, ceremonies and speeches, protocol in manager-secretary relationship.
