Course Goal / Objective
To understand the effects of human behaviors in organizations
Course Content
To provide information and gain a perspective on current and selected issues necessary to understand, explain and manage human behavior in organizations and the factors affecting these behaviors. The course briefly focuses on basic organizational behavior issues such as personality, communication, leadership, motivation and conflict, and then current organizational behavior issues are discussed. Topics are reinforced with business case studies aimed at understanding and analyzing individual and group behavior in the business environment.
