Course Goal / Objective

The aim is for the student to explain molecular diagnostic methods of bacterial and fungal pathogens, especially in the field of one medicine, one health, to follow drug resistance situations, and to define biotechnological methods that perform phylogenetic relationships and variant analysis used to manage epidemic processes.

Course Content

Bacterial and Fungal Zoonosis Diseases covers the description of the methods that define these diseases, determine the drug resistance of the agents, and perform phylogenetic relationship and variant analysis.
