Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide detailed information about the concepts of organisation and behaviour, to analyse the behavioural plane, beliefs and attitudes, personality and motivation in organisational culture.

This course; It includes topics such as organization, organizational culture, concept of behavior, Behavior plane, Beliefs and attitudes, personality and Motivation.
