Course Goal / Objective

History and development of public personnel management; It is aimed to give theoretical and legislative information on the structure and functioning of the public personnel system in Turkey with the principles of contemporary public personnel management.

Course Content

The content of this course is the importance and development of personnel management in public administration; basic principles of public personnel management; human resource management practices in public; It constitutes the legal legislation of public personnel management in Turkey.
