Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with information on the basic concepts of industrial and organizational psychology, job analysis, personnel selection and training, performance evaluation and development, job motivation, job commitment, turnover, anxiety and stress, organizational communication, leadership and teamwork, as well as various organizational behavior topics, theories and applications, and to enable them to use this information in application areas.

Course Content

The content of the course includes the basic concepts of industrial and organizational psychology, performance analysis, personnel selection and training, performance assessment and development, work motivation, job commitment, job termination, anxiety and stress, organizational communication, leadership and teamwork.
