Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach the applications of biophysical processes in veterinary medicine and help students grasp biophysical principles in a clinical context. Topics include electrophysiology, biomechanics, bioenergetics, and medical imaging technologies, focusing on the interaction of biological systems with physical forces.
Course Content
This course explores the fundamental principles of biophysics and physical processes in biological systems, covering electrophysiological measurements (ECG, EEG, EMG), biomechanics, bioenergetics, neuro- and muscle biophysics, radiation biophysics, medical imaging technologies, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, and animal-machine interaction.
