Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to equip students with the ability to distinguish types of wounds observed in surgical patients, assess wound healing processes, and effectively use modern wound care products in clinical decision-making processes.
Course Content
It is a nursing specialty aimed at providing knowledge and skills in the assessment of acute and chronic wounds, monitoring of healing processes, prevention of infections, and selection of appropriate care products based on wound characteristics.
