Course Goal / Objective
To make taxonomic classifications of soils at the lowest categorical level. To examine the taxonomic classes in various reports.
Course Content
In the Soil Science and Plant Nutrition program, taxonomic classifications of soils are given at the order level. At the doctorate level, this classification is given in detail and reduced to sub-order, large group, and sub-group levels. Within the scope of the course, examples are given from the lands where studies have been conducted, and classifications are made at all categorical levels.
