Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts, methods and legal framework used in the field of real estate appraisal theoretically and practically to students studying architecture and related disciplines. Within the scope of the course, students will comprehend the economic, physical and legal aspects of real estate valuation processes and will gain the ability to prepare valuation reports in line with national norms (CMB, BRSA legislation).
